What time is Check-In?
Check-in is available from 15:00.

What time is Check-Out?
Check-out is by 12:00 noon.

Can I pay with cash upon check-in?
All payments must be made by card and a valid form of ID Is required- passport/drivers license.

Where can I park?

We have partnered with Trinity Street car park, here you can get an overnight stay for €20 you must bring your REZz receipt with you and pay on departure. We have partnered with Q-Park to offer a 25% discount for REZz visitors. Simply pre-book online at Q-Park St Stephen’s Green and use promo code REZZ25.

Do you accept contactless or mobile payments (Apple Pay/Google Pay)?

Can you store my bags before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we can store your bags while you explore our beautiful city. We have stoage lockers that you can pay for or leave bigger bags with us at reception

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

How far is Temple Bar from REZz Dublin?
We are in the heart of Dublin, less than a two-minute walk from Temple Bar, surrounded by pubs, restaurants, and live music.

Are you close to public transport?

Yes we are 5minute walk to Green Line Luas from outside Trinity College, 10 minute walk to Red Line Luas located on Abbey Street, we are a 10 minute walk from Tara Street Dart Station. Dublins busses are right on our doorstep to bring you anywhere around the city.

Where can I shop nearby?
Grafton Street, Dublin’s main shopping street, is a five-minute walk from our hotel. See our “Shopping in Dublin” page for more details.

What is the best way to get to REZz Dublin from the airport?

City Bus 16 is the cheapest option, costing around €2.60 (coins only) and stops at Dame Street, a five-minute walk from the hotel.

Dublin Express Bus or Aircoach Bus will take you to Aston Quay or Wellington Quay near the Liffey River. Tickets are available online or from the driver.

Taxi costs around €25–€35.

Do you have adapters?
Yes, adapters are available at reception for €4.

What facilities are in the REZzTORATION Room?
Complimentary tea/coffee, a washer & dryer, and extra towels are available here.

When are rooms serviced?
Rooms are serviced every third day of your stay.
